Terms and Conditions


	Postage, Packaging and Delivery within the UK - All our products are sent by City Link and will require a signature. Our P&P charges range between £6.00 - £10.00 per order depending on weight. Small orders i.e single guest books or keepsake boxes will be charged at £6.00. Please email us for your charge before placing an order with us. (Please note that postage and packaging is free of charge when purchasing a Wedding Package). If you have not stated a safe leaving place (City Link cannot deliver to post offices), delivery will be attempted twice only. After that, it is up to the customer to pick up their parcel from the depot holding it. A third delivery or re-direction to another address will incur an additional delivery fee. If you have an alternative delivery address please state this on the order form. EfyD cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit
	Added Postal Protection - EfyD supply excellent quality envelopes to keep your invitations protected on their journey your guests, however, we would like to advise that if you are unsure as to whether your stationery will have full protection against today's postal system, we recommend that you request they be "Hand Stamped" instead of passed through the electronic sorting system. This can be dealt with directly at your local sorting office. EfyD cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit.
	Payment & Payment Security - EfyD require a minimum of 50% deposit before any work commences, (unless orders are required in less than 4 weeks), and if accessories are ordered - then a full 100% is required). This deposit is non refundable. The final balance will be required before dispatching the final items of stationery. We accept payment by cheque, PayPal and by direct bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to Annabelle Hamilton . When using PayPal your customer information is dealt with by using the highest standards of security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. 	Privacy Policy - Especially for you Designs (EfyD) is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit and use the EfyD website. This privacy policy outlines the processes we use on our website with regard to collecting personal information. If you have any queries regarding our privacy policy, please email us at info@efyd.co.uk. EfyD does not make available any personal information submitted by visitors to our website to any third parties. The information you give us will not be used for any direct marketing or any follow ups other than that to which you agree. We will only collect personal information about you, where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. Links from this site may take users to external sites not covered by our privacy policy. EfyD cannot accept responsibility for the content, accuracy or operation of these external sites.
	Safety - None of the stationery designs are suitable for children under the age of five years due to featuring small parts.
	Returns/Refunds/Cancellations - We will not refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty and work on replacement stationery will not commence until all items in question are returned to the address below. In the event of any cancellation EfyD have the right to retain the 50% deposit. If cancellation is made after work has commenced, we reserve the right to collect the final payment, to cover any additional costs we may have incurred. 	Proofing - Within 7- 10 working days, invitation printing is proofed to you and we will not proceed until this is signed off by you. This is your chance to make sure that you have achieved exactly the look you require. If changes are made after your signed proofs have been returned charges may be incurred. Once the proofs have been returned to us, we then go to print. We will contact you as soon as your order is complete and arrange collection or delivery.
	Manufacture - All designs are individually handcrafted so occasionally slight differences may occur. However, we do endeavour to keep all our designs the same. EfyD accept no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on products (if any).
	Website and brochure price/terms changes - EfyD reserve the right to change our prices/ terms and conditions, on our website and in our brochure at any time. Prices quoted to you by e-mail, phone or post are valid for a term of 30 days.
