Our
wedding is going to be small. Is there a minimum order at
Especially for you Designs?
It
doesn’t matter how small the occasion, we supply to
suit your numbers. You can order one item or
a complete
range of matching stationery.
How
much is postage and packaging?
P&P
ranges between £6.00 - £10.00 per order in the
United Kingdom, depending on weight. Please enquire
before
ordering as to what your postage charges will be.
All our products are via City Link and will require a signature.
Do
I have to pay for all my stationery when I order?
We
require 50% of the total payment on ordering and the further
50% will be required before final dispatch. An invoice
will be sent to you when your
order is complete.
I
have received my order but I realise I have ordered too
much, can I have a refund if the goods
are returned?
Refunds
or exchanges can only be given if the merchandise is found
to be faulty or we have not met the
specifications
of the order.
I
have finished my invitations and realise I need more, what
do I do?
We
can make extra invitations for you, but please notify us
as soon as you realise you need more.
Who
do I make a cheque payable to and can I pay by credit/debit
card?
Payment
by cheque should be in sterling and drawn on a UK bank account.
Cheques should be made payable
to
"Especially For You Designs". We also accept
payment by credit/debit card (PayPal) or by
direct bank transfer. .
I
want to order a table plan and place cards from Especially
for you designs, but I don’t have final
names yet.
We
realise that final name lists and order of service details
cannot be provided until last minute and we
make allowances
for this. Please state on the order form
that you will be requiring a table plan or place
cards with your order and send us a
complete and correct
name list and/or order of service details (preferably
printed) NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS prior to the
wedding. There
is a section on the order form to
keep back for this purpose.
I
don’t need printed inserts in my invitations and order
of service, can I just order the invitation shells?
We
can supply all our designs without inserts at a slightly
reduced price. Please contact Especially for you D esigns
if
you require this service.
I
love one of your designs, but it doesn’t match our
colour scheme, can you modify the designs to co-ordinate
with our day?
All
our designs can be altered to meet your colour specifications.
We will be happy to send you a sample of
your chosen
design and colour. Just complete the section
on the “Order” page and we will be happy to
send your sample to you.
How
long will my order take to make?
Please
allow 4-6 weeks depending on the size of your order. This
time may vary depending on current orders in progress,
so please call us for an estinate Please
also take into consideration wedding day invitations are
sent to guests approximately
three months before
the day so do give yourself plenty of time to order your
stationery.
Can
I change the wording on the front of the invitation?
Yes.
The wordings shown on the designs page are purely a guide
line. You can have any words printed on the front
of your
invitation at no extra cost and in any colour or
you may also have the invitation left blank.
